Growing up, I witnessed many legacy businesses that played a vital role in developing strong communities ultimately fade away because their owners had no clear path for succession.

I believe that entrepreneurs who have invested years of hard work and dedication to grow their businesses—and who have provided opportunities and value to others—deserve to see their legacy preserved and remembered by the communities they helped build.
